Order form

PayPal is now available to allow you to place your order - just use the ‘Add to Cart’ button under the item you would like to purchase. When you have completed your selection, use the PayPal page to place your order - postage and packing will be added automatically.

Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us to place your order by email.

If you prefer, you may open and print the PDF order form, complete it and either post it with your payment or scan and email it.

Please make cheques payable to ‘Ian A Terrell’. Unfortunately I cannot accept payment by debit or credit card either over the phone or by email. Similarly I am unable at this moment to accept payment online.

If you have Microsoft Excel (1997 or later) installed on your computer, you may like to use the Excel order form, which calculates your order total and can be emailed to us.
